Shopping with NuLay

These terms apply to purchases through nulayhome.com. NuLay operates from Portugal and uses Shopify to provide its storefront and checkout. For questions about an order or these terms, email nunogomes0824@gmail.com.

Products, prices, and orders

Please review the selected variant, dimensions, installation requirements, product details, delivery address, and total price before placing an order. Product prices are displayed in USD unless expressly shown otherwise. Applicable taxes and charges collected by NuLay appear at checkout before payment. Product images and display colors can vary between devices; the written product description and selected variant identify what you order.

We may contact you if an item becomes unavailable or an obvious product or pricing error affects your order. If we cannot fulfill the order as agreed, we will explain the issue and offer an appropriate alternative with your agreement or cancel the affected items and promptly refund any payment taken for them.

Delivery, returns, and privacy
