United States shipping

NuLay currently accepts delivery orders for United States addresses supported at checkout. Standard shipping is free, with no minimum order value. Product prices are displayed in USD. Applicable taxes and any additional charges collected by NuLay are shown at checkout before payment.

Processing and delivery

Products may ship from different partner warehouses and may arrive in separate parcels. Availability and delivery estimates can vary by product, destination, and carrier. We do not offer a guaranteed delivery date unless we expressly confirm one for your order.

We will email shipping confirmation and tracking information when your order is dispatched and tracking is available. If we cannot dispatch within the timeframe stated when you ordered, or within 30 days if no dispatch timeframe was stated, we will contact you to request consent to a revised shipping date or offer cancellation and a prompt refund for the unshipped items.

Address and delivery issues

Please check your delivery address carefully before paying. If you need to change it, contact us promptly; changes may not be possible after dispatch. If tracking shows an unexpected delay, loss, or delivery problem, contact us so we can investigate with the supplier or carrier. This does not limit your rights if your order is not delivered.
