Refund policy

30-day returns

You can request a return within 30 days after delivery by emailing nunogomes0824@gmail.com with your order number and the item you would like to return.

For a change-of-mind return, items must be unused, uninstalled, in the condition received, and include their original packaging and accessories. Proof of purchase is required. Once your return is approved, we will provide the correct return address and instructions. Please do not return an item to a supplier or the address on its parcel without contacting us first.

Return shipping

Customers pay return shipping for a non-faulty change-of-mind return. We do not charge a restocking fee. Please use a tracked service and keep proof of postage.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as reasonably possible with your order number and photographs where available. NuLay will cover reasonable return shipping or arrange an appropriate replacement or refund. Please contact us before paying for a return label.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect an approved return, we will notify you of the outcome and issue an approved refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to display the credit. If a return is declined, we will explain the reason. This policy does not limit your rights for faulty or misdescribed goods or other rights provided by applicable law.

Cancellations and exchanges

Contact us promptly if you need to cancel or change an order. We will try to help before it is dispatched. If it has already shipped, the return process applies. For an exchange, contact us so we can confirm availability and the appropriate next steps.
